§ Miss WiddecombeThe Maxwell pensions unit is discussing urgently the terms of the Maxwell pensioners trust with its trustees. Once these terms have been agreed, the trust deed will be prepared and the trust set up. The Department has opened a bank account to hold voluntary contributions to the trust pending its establishment.
