§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyThe Health Service Commissioner has, as in previous years, made a report on the performance of his functions in England, Scotland and Wales. My right hon. Friends, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales and I presented the report to the House on 1 July. It was published today—HC82—and copies have been placed in the Library. Copies are also available from the Vote Office.
