§ The Prime MinisterI wrote to G7 leaders proposing that they should commit themselves to action to follow up the agreements reached at the Earth summit. One of my specific proposals was that we should each commit ourselves to preparing and publishing national plans for action on biological diversity.
I hope we shall discuss these matters at the forthcoming summit in Munich.
