To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (1) how much annual income from the Duchy of Lancaster is retained by the sovereign for her personal use;

(2) what proportion of the income to the privy purse from the Duchy of Lancaster has been retained by the sovereign in each year since 1962.

The application of moneys paid by the Duchy of Lancaster to the Keeper of the Privy Purse is a matter for the Privy Purse Office. The amounts are shown in the Duchy's accounts, which are placed in the Library of the House each year.
