§ Mr. FormanA total of £25 million will be made available to the Further Education Funding Council for England in 1992–93 to meet transitional costs involved in establishing the new further education sector, including grants to FE corporations and the running costs of the council. Funding for the Further Education Funding Council for Wales is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales. I am advised that he has allocated £2 million to the council for Wales to meet transitional costs in 1992–93.
