§ Mr. FormanSubject to contract, Coopers and Lybrand Deloitte has been asked to carry out a review of the preparations being made for independence by each of the colleges that will enter the new further education sector on 1 April 1993. It will provide advice and assistance to individual colleges and will assess whether their controls and systems are adequate to safeguard the public funds to be entrusted to them by the Further Education Funding Council.
