Mr. John M. TaylorThere is no provision for special adjudicators in current immigration legislation. The Asylum Bill introduced in the last Parliament fell with the dissolution of that Parliament. The designation of special adjudicators will be addressed after the enactment of the legislation the Government propose to introduce later this Session.
