§ Mr. LangA review of the map was announced on 9 June by my right hon. Friend the Minister of State for Trade and Industry,Official Report, column 127. Copies of a consultation paper on the arrangements for the review and the criteria which will be taken into account in considering changes to the map have been placed in the Library. Copies of this paper have also been distributed to a range of interested bodies in Scotland. The closing date for responses to the consultation paper is 30 September 1992.
