asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will undertake to ensure that all vacancy notices, where the posts concerned could be the subject of repayment by redundant members of Her Majesty's Forces of special capital payments, are clearly annotated accordingly.

Relevant information is already available to members of Her Majesty's Armed Forces in published instructions covering redundancy provisions. However, I have, in addition, instructed that a reminder should be included in all vacancy notices for posts which could require repayment of all or part of the special capital payment.
