§ Mr. SainsburyI am pleased to announce that the Comptroller and Auditor General today presented ECGD's trading accounts for the financial year 1990–91 to Parliament together with his certificate and report thereon. The ECGD's annual report for the financial year 1990–91, which incorporates the trading accounts, is also published today and I have placed a copy in the Library of the House.
