§ Mr. ChopeThe forecast outturn roads programme expenditure in the Department's north-west region in 1991–92 is £174 million. This includes new construction and maintenance. The budget for next year—1992–93—has not yet been finalised. Expenditure in subsequent years is dependent on future public expenditure settlements.
