§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyRegulations made under the Registered Homes Act 1984 already require that, among other things, the person registered shall, having regard to the age and condition of patients, provide adequate professional and other staff and adequate treatment facilities. It is our view that this would extend, in an appropriate case, to physiotherapy and chiropody services.
