§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonThe Lord Advocate has taken note of Security Council resolution 731 (1992) adopted unanimously on 21 January 1992 and looks for the early surrender by the Libyan authorities of the two accused persons for trial in Scotland or the United States. The Lord Advocate has continued to be kept informed of progress in the investigation.
