§ Mr. MaudeThe Inland Revenue is today publishing draft clauses on groups of companies that the Government intend to introduce in the next Finance Bill. As I announced on 15 November 1991, the legislation, if passed by Parliament, will be effective from that date. Comments are invited by 28 February. Copies of the draft clauses have been placed in the Library of both Houses of Parliament.
