§ Mr. ScottThe doctors appointed to serve on special medical boards at medical boarding centres (respiratory diseases), are either full-time employees of the Benefits516W Agency, or work for the agency on a part-time sessional basis. Mr. Michael Bichard, the chief executive of the Benefits Agency, will write to the hon. Member and copies will be placed in the Library and the Public Information Office.
