To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) how many people in Northern Ireland have been in receipt of mobility allowance; and what has been the cost of this provision in each of the last five years;

  1. (2) how many people in Northern Ireland have been in receipt of attendance allowance; and what has been the cost of the provision in each of the last five years;
  2. (3) how many applications for mobility allowance in Northern Ireland have been (a) turned down and (b) granted upon appeal after initially being refused, in each of the last five years.
