§ Mr. David HuntMy acceptance in principle of the concept of remedial drainage measures was based on the professional advice of Mr. Roy Stoner, director of the Institute of Irrigation Studies at Southampton university, Hydrotechnica Ltd. and Cardiff Bay development corporation.
