All young people under 18 who are not in full time education or a job and are seeking youth training are entitled to the offer or re-offer of a suitable training place.
Additionally, young people who are aged 18 or over who have not previously been available for YT because of disability, ill health, pregnancy, custodial sentence, remand, language difficulty or care order are entitled to the offer of a suitable training place.
The Government remain committed to meeting their guarantee in London as elsewhere.
