§ Mr. ChopeI am in the process of consulting local authorities and others on the proposed network of red routes and on guidance on traffic management and parking in London as part of the implementation of part II of the Road Traffic Act 1991. I am also soon to have a discussion with the Parking Committee for London set up by the local authorities under the Act.
