§ Mr. DorrellMy noble friend, the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Health, announced on 18 October 1991 that most of the clinical recommendations made by the expert working party under the chairmanship of Professor Poswillo have been accepted. Additional funds will be made available from April this year to ensure that where general anaesthesia is necessary during dental treatment the highest standards are met.
