§ Mr. CurryMy right hon. Friend the Minister has indicated that he is prepared to consider decommissioning as part of a package including effort control. The industry has put forward proposals in response to this invitation and fisheries departments are considering the options but no decision has yet been taken.
It is too early to say what will be included in the United Kingdom's submission on the multi-annual guidance programme.
