§ Mr. Peter LloydThe five regional criminal intelligence offices not earmarked for closure will become part of the national criminal intelligence service which is to be established on 1 April 1992. Headquarters and regional offices will have direct access to the computer system being developed for the service. Until the specification for the system has been agreed, it is not possible to say what the cost is likely to be.
