§ Mr. CurryIn addition to making clear the United Kingdom's views on the reform of the common agricultural policy at meetings of the Agriculture Council, my right hon. Friend the Minister has, since October, had detailed discussions with his opposite numbers in the Netherlands—twice—Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal—twice, most recently in January —and Spain. On all occasions he emphasised the United Kingdom's firm opposition to the discriminatory aspects of the Commission's proposals.
