§ Mr. HeseltineI am reviewing the existing regional guidance for the south-east—PPG9—which already aims to redress the balance of attraction between the eastern and western parts of the region. I have appointed consultants to study the east Thames corridor—the area stretching from docklands to Tilbury and the Medway towns—to help in considering options for the future location of development in the south-east.
