§ Mr. WaldegraveOn 14 January the Department published a report, "NHS Reforms—the First Six Months", detailing the improvements which have already been made since the introduction of the reforms in April 1991. Copies of the report have been sent to all hon. Members representing English constituencies and placed in the Library.
