Mr. JacksonThe Employment Department has so far produced two charters, the jobseekers charter and the redundancy payments service charter. The total cost of producing and distributing information and display materials to support the introduction of the jobseekers charter throughout the network of 1,400 local offices has been £606,000. The total cost of producing and distributing the redundancy payments service charter leaflet was £23,000.
