§ Mr. DorrellThe amount of £2 million has been spent on the production and distribution of the patients charter. There has been an unprecedented level of demand for the charter. Over 900,000 requests from members of the 151W general public for the charter have been received to date and more are still being received. This is a clear demonstration of the success of the patients charter.
