§ Mr. EggarThe citizens charter promised publication of a charter for parents and an updated Guide to the national curriculum. The total cost as at 31 December 1991 of producing, distributing and publicising the parents charter was £1.853 million. The estimated cost to date of producing and distributing the guide to the national curriculum is £0.423 million; no publicity costs have been incurred.
