To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he expects to start issuing the full range of British visas in Teheran.

As I said to my hon. Friend on 17 January, at column712, visas for some categories of visitors from Iran are already issued by our embassy in Tehran. We expect to expand the operation in stages as circumstances allow.
