§ Mr. FlynnTo ask the Secretary of State for Energy what information he has regarding the implications for future Japanese reprocessing contracts for Sellafield of the decision taken on 28 November 1991 by the Japanese Government's Science and Technology Agency to survey the safety and requirements to transport plutonium from the United Kingdom to Japan following reprocessing; and if Her Majesty's Government have been contacted by the Japan Atomic Industrial Forum Inc., which is conducting the survey.
