To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his answer of 13 January,Official Report, column 508, whether the attempt to recover the improperly paid sum to the past chief executive of the Development Board for Rural Wales, was directed at (a) Dr. Skewis alone, (b) the chairman of the board alone or (c) both, indicating in which order.

I understand that recovery has been sought from Dr. Skewis, who has declined a request from the Development Board for Rural Wales for re-payment of the sum paid in respect of untaken leave.
