§ Mr. AlisonThe total cost of ministers' stipends in the diocese of Southwark in 1991–92 is expected to be nearly £6 million, 46 per cent. of which is likely to be met through giving by Church people in the diocese, 40 per cent. by Church Commissioners' allocations and 14 per cent. from fees and other local income.
