§ Mr. Nicholas BennettThe hon. Gentleman is in error. My right hon. Friend has made no such decision. The existing health authorities remain. East Dyfed and Pembrokeshire health authorities, together with the Dyfed FHSA, have committed themselves to formulating arrangements for a collaborative approach in meeting the health care needs of their local residents. This is a local initiative which has been welcomed.
