§ Mr. ViggersTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to be in a position to reply to the letter from the hon. Member for Gosport dated 19 December in which he asked for a joint ministerial meeting involving Ministers from the Department of the Environment and the Department of Defence in order to discuss the defective housing on Rowner housing estate with a delegation from Gosport.
