§ Mr. CurryWe are finalising the details of this scheme, which will be introduced on 1 April 1992, in the light of comments received from interested organisations consulted about our proposals. A further announcement will made shortly.
I would also refer the hon. Member to the announcement on 19 December by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland, in reply to a question from my hon. Friend the Member for Dumfries (Sir H. Monro), Official Report, column 296 about special arrangements for the payment of higher establishment grants in respect of all planting carried out under the farm woodland scheme since 1 October 1991.
