Mr. Colvin

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport (1) when he will publish the collated results of the consultation survey carried out by MRM Consultants into people's preference for the route of the A36 bypass of West Wellow;

(2) when he expects to announce the preferred route for the A36 bypass of West Wellow.

Mr. Chope

I hope to make a further announcement about the A36 West Wellow bypass later this year. The results of the poublic consultation will be announced at that stage.
