§ Mr. McLoughlinCommissioner Millan announced on 5 April 1991 a RENAVAL programme for the districts of Langbaurgh-on-Tees and Middlesbrough. Applications for grant under this programme include projects in which the Tees and Hartlepool port authority proposed to participate, in anticipation of its being released from the restrictions imposed by its local trust port legislation, and the new company will inherit these proposals.
