(2) how many complaints have been lodged, in each at the last five years, to date, against Ministry of Defence police officers serving at Menwith Hill; how many such complaints have been (a) rejected and (b) upheld; and what disciplinary action was taken in respect of officers against whom complaints were upheld;
(3) who issued instructions not to arrest peace campaigners for breaches of byelaws at Menwith Hill Station; and on what date they were issued.
