§ Mr. MaudeThe gains and losses from each Budget depend on many factors and it would be impracticable to attempt to estimate the effects of all Budget measures since 1979. Information on the effects of specific measures may be found in the press notices issued each Budget day by the Inland Revenue and Customs and Excise.
