§ Mr. Nicholas BennettSouth Glamorgan health authority is responsible for the preparation of an approval508W in principle submission for this scheme. A decision will be made in accordance with the usual procedures once a satisfactory submission is received. It will be for the health authority in the first instance to asses the priority to he accorded to this scheme in the light of its other bids for major capital.
