§ Mr. CurryEnforcement of the minimum import prices on consignments of farmed Atlantic salmon entering the Community is the responsibility of national customs authorities. The Commission has responsibility for monitoring that these Community rules are observed. I have written to the Commission emphasising the importance of ensuring that the requirements are strictly adhered to, and will draw any specific evidence of evasion to the Commission's attention.
