§ Mr. NeedhamI am advised by the managing director of Ulsterbus and Citybus that, to reduce exhaust pollution, the companies' buses are powered by diesel, rather than petrol, engines; new buses are fitted with emission efficient engines, automatic gear boxes and speed limiters; and maintenance schedules include specific measures to reduce exhaust emissions.
