§ Mr. YeoA consultation paper inviting comments on a draft planning policy guidance note (PPG) on this topic was issued by my Department on 5 December. Separate but parallel consultation is being carried out by the Welsh Office. My right hon. Friends intend to publish this PPG later this year.
