§ Mr. ForthAs with all previous Green Papers on this subject, the responses to "Industrial Relations in the 1990s" have been treated as confidential unless the organisations concerned have made their views public. This applies both to the content of particular representations and to the identification of their source. At the request of the hon. Member for Sedgefield, my Department has written to all those who responded to the latest Green Paper to ask if they would he willing to be identified.
