To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many sequestrations were awarded in each sheriff court for each year since 1985.

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list for each year since 1989 the names of the 10 trustees who were most frequently appointed in sequestrations, and for each year the number of cases to which each was appointed.
