The Attorney-GeneralThe Lord Chancellor has no proposals to amend the Legal Aid Regulations with regard to payments to charitable or voluntary organisations. Any solicitor acting for an assisted person under a legal aid certificate is entitled to apply for payments on account in accordance with the Civil Legal Aid (General) Regulations 1989.
