§ Mr. BaldryThis is a matter for Northumbrian Water, but I understand that in the year to 31 March 1992 capital investment in the Teesside area, which includes Cleveland, is expected to total £18.2 million. A further £1 million is being spent on other sewerage schemes by third parties —for example. Teesside development corporation—under Northumbrian Water supervision.
