§ Mr. EggarThe information is not available in the form requested. I understand that, in the first year following the Education Reform Act 1988, 32 local education authorities reported that determinations had been granted in respect of one or more of their schools and that four LEAs have reported further determinations granted in the second year. I have requested some further analysis of the information which we have and will write to my hon. Friend in due course.
