§ Mr. Nicholas BennettThe distribution formulae on which county authority's SSAs for 1992–93 are based have been agreed with the Assembly of Welsh Counties and ratified by the Welsh Consultative Council on Local Government Finance. The formulae for 1993–94 will be determined in the same way.
