§ Mr. ChopeInstallation of camera sites and deployment of traffic light cameras are primarily matters for highway authorities in conjunction with the police. Complete information is therefore not available centrally, but it is known that by the end of 1991, traffic light cameras were in use at over 100 sites in England and Wales.
